You can submit the completed form by logging on to E-tax (Tastselv) at skat.dk and selecting ‘Kontakt' (Contact) > ‘Skriv til os' (Write to the Danish Tax Agency) > ‘Indsend/indberet til os (fx blanket)' > Udland > Fradrag som studerende (blanket 04.062) and select ‘Send’ (Submit), please remember to ‘Vedhæft bilag’ (attached the form).
