This form is for all individuals subject to limited tax liability.Guidance is provided on the actual form.This form is also for individuals who are taxed according to the rules on hiring-out of labour or the rules on hydrocarbon taxation but choose to be taxed as an ordinary taxpayer subject to limited tax liability.The deadline for making this change is 1 July, and 1 July is therefore also the deadline for filing your tax return.You can see and complete your tax return for 2022 online in E-tax (TastSelv) from 13 March.You can submit the completed form to us by logging on at skat.dk/english and selecting:’Kontakt’ (Contact) → ’Skriv til os’ (Write to us) → Indsend oplysningsskema for 2022 (Submit tax return for 2022) → Oplysningsskema for udlandsforhold (Tax return for non-Danish tax matters).
You can also send it by regular post.If you have not signed up for Digital Post or if the Danish Tax Agency has not automatically generated your tax assessment notice before 6 May, you will receive your printed tax return in late May 2023.If you submit your tax return on paper, we will send you your tax assessment notice for 2022 by the end of 2023.Address:Skattestyrelsen Postboks 9 DK-4930 Maribo
