Access to the system
A prerequisite for connecting the systems using any communication channel is a certificate. The guide below describes how to obtain the necessary certificates:

• Obtaining certificates
• Installing certificates (Support provided by Nets.eu)

  Access to Manifest can be done through the two communication channels below:

  • Access via the website
    • Production 
    • Test
  • Access via FTP-connection - Used to System-to-system communication. Any software supporting FTPS with X.509 certificates (issued by DanID ) can be used to connect to Manifest:
    • FTPS-Gateway Client User Guide V2.1 - Describes how to access the environments and how to connect
    • Xsd files - XSD files for the FTP-server, describing the structure af status-files

To access The Test Environment you must apply for a digital signature for the TFE environment,

If you are a Danish economic operator please send an e-mail to servicedesk@toldst.dk. The e-mail must contain a valid CVR-number, name and email of a contact person. The CVR-number must be registered in the EORI database. If you are registered for import or export, you are already registered in the EORI database.

If you are a foreign economic operator, please submit this form. Remember to choose "Test system".

When you have installed the digital signature, you are ready to access the web-portal: https://test.manifest.skat.dk
