When entering or leaving Denmark, you need to be aware of what you bring with you in your luggage. Restrictions apply to some items, while other items require special permits.

If you enter Denmark from another EU country, you are allowed to import goods for your own personal use without paying excise duties. However, there are limits to the quantities of alcohol and tobacco that you can bring with you.
