Declaration of provisions
If your ship carries provisions that have not been cleared through customs you must declare your provisions to the customs authorities. The form Provision Sheet must be completed. The use of this form will ease the arrival and departure of the ship.
Import of goods
When you import goods, you must declare the kind of goods, volume and value. The landing certificate (in Danish) must be completed and returned to the customs authority.
Import Control System - ICS
An entry summary declaration (ENS) must be lodged for all goods on means of transport arriving directly from third countries to the Community's customs area, regardless of the customs status of the goods and regardless of whether the goods are unloaded or remain on the means of transport for other destinations within or outside the Community. If the customs office of entry is in Denmark, you must lodge the information with the Danish Import Control system (ICS)
To get more information about the Danish Import Control System (ICS), including how to access the system, please visit the ICS website.
