We send the majority of our letters via Digital Post, just like other public authorities. However, some letters you still have to access in E-tax (TastSelv).

Tax assessment notice and preliminary income assessment still in E-tax

All individuals still need to access their tax assessment notices and preliminary income assessments by logging on to E-tax. We will not send these documents by Digital Post.

If you have provided an email address in E-tax, we will notify you by email when your tax assessment notice is available.

If we do not have your email address, you will be notified in your digital mail box.

If you have been exempted from Digital Post, we will send your tax assessment notice by regular mail.

Other letters in your digital mail box

If you are unable to read your digital post, you can grant a friend or family member the right to read your post or you can apply to be exempted from Digital Post. If you will be granted exemption, we will send all letters to you by regular mail.

You can choose to see your digital post from the public authorities at both www.borger.dk and in the Digital Post app.
