We offer a number of guidance services to newly established businesses and companies. We offer information on subjects such as tax, VAT and customs duties and we would like to help you get an overview of important deadlines. All these services are free of charge.

Specifically, we offer:

  • Videos about relevant subjects that you can see when you have the time.
  • Online webinars where you may ask questions via a chat option.
  • Guidance meetings by phone - for those of you who has set up your own business.
  • Guidance meetings about customs duties - for you who is newly registered as an importer or exporter.

Webinars and videos

We regularly offer webinars and videos to sole proprietorships registered for VAT. These services provide an introduction to what you need to know in relation to tax and VAT.

We recommend that as a new business owner you first attend our webinar 'Starting a business - what do I do? part 1' and then the webinar 'Starting a business - what do I do? part 2'.

Guidance meetings

This meeting over the phone is for you who have started your own business within the past two years and who need general guidance about subjects such as VAT, tax and reporting in E-tax (TastSelv).

Booking a guidance meeting as a new business

We regularly offer webinars to newly established companies taking you through the basic corporation rules. We also introduce you to relevant information about tax and VAT.

Additionally, we have videos about pay and reporting of A-tax and videos about Trading with non-Danish countries, such as Buying goods from other EU countries - what do I do? (only available in Danish).

Guidance meeting on customs duties

A guidance meeting is for you who have registered as an exporter and/or importer within the past two years and who need general information about customs duties. We could help you to understand what you should do when you import and/or export goods to or from countries outside the EU, how you make a customs clearance or calculate the customs value.

The meeting can take place at your business premises, at one of the locations of the Danish Customs Agency or by phone, and we always discuss your specific questions.
