Setting up a payment arrangement
- Log on to E-tax for businesses (TastSelv Erhverv)
- Click ’Skattekontoen’ (Tax account) in the top menu.
- Select ’Betalingsordning’ (Payment arrangement) in the left-hand menu in E-tax for businesses.
Click ’Opret ny betalingsordning’ (Set up new payment arrangement) underlined sentence in the middle of the screen. - Select one or more claims from the list to be included in the payment arrangement. You select a claim by ticking the box to the left of the claim or by clicking ’Markér alle’ (Tick all).
- Select ’Frekvens’ (Frequency). You make your selection in the drop-down menu.
You have two options:
- Every two weeks
- Monthly
- Select method of calculation for either ’Ratebeløb’ (Instalment amount) or ’Antal rater’ (Number of instalments). You select by ticking one of the two boxes to the left. ’Ratebeløb’ is minimum DKK 400. If instead you select ’Antal rater’, you have two options:
- Monthly frequency = at least two rates - maximum 12
- Biweekly frequency = at least two rates - maximum 26
- Select ’Startdato’ (Start date) which must be no later than 30 days from today and click the calendar.
- Click ’Beregn’ (Calculate). Please note that the calculated interest is paid with the last instalment.
- Accept the conditions by ticking the box under the list of rates. Click ’Godkend’ (Accept).
The payment arrangement is now set up.
