Hydrocarbon activity
According to the Danish Hydrocarbon Tax Act, non-Danish employers and employees may be liable to pay Danish hydrocarbon tax if they are engaged in:
- preliminary surveys
- exploration, and
- extraction of hydrocarbons in Denmark.
