Skal anvendes til bekræftelse af et selskabs (juridisk person) bopæls- og skatteforhold i udlandet eller i Danmark. Blanketten kan bruges af såvel Skattestyrelsen som af en udenlandsk skattemyndighed.

This form is used to confirm the place of residence for tax purposes of a company in Denmark or outside Denmark. The form may be used by the Danish Tax Agency or non-Danish tax authorities.
