Form no.

About the form
Purpose of the form
This form is for individuals and sole proprietorships.
Form 02.034A should be used to confirm the place of residence for tax purposes of a private individual in or outside Denmark when Denmark has concluded a double taxation agreement with the country in question. Please note that:
If no double taxation treaty has been concluded, please use form 02.034.
See list in Danish of countries that have signed a double taxation agreement with Denmark.
We use the form to confirm an individual’s full tax liability to Denmark according to the tax legislation applicable for individuals living in Denmark. We do so according to article 4(1) of the current double taxation agreement. And the individual is thereby taxed in Denmark on his/her total global income.
If you are also subject to full tax liability to another country and you are taxed on your global income in that country too, you can apply to have your residence for tax purposes in that country. We decide such matters according to article 4(2) of the relevant double taxation agreements. You apply by writing to us via skat.dk/tastselv. Log on to E-tax and click ‘Contact’.
