About the form

The deadline for submitting a donation form for the calendar year 2024 has passed.
We will start accepting donations forms for the calendar year 2025 in mid-January 2026.

This form should be used by religious communities etc. approved according to section 8 A and/or section 12(3) of the Danish Tax Assessment Act (Ligningsloven).

Please enter the following information in the form:

total amount donated
total regular donations
total non-Danish donations
total amount distributed according to the objects clause
number of legally competent members.
