About the form
Purpose
Self-employed persons to report their annual income or by persons whose tax situation requires that they need to use a tax return to report their income.
You can see and complete your tax return form for 2025 in E-tax from 23 March 2026

How to submit the form
If you submit the form by email as an attached file, make sure you save the file on your computer before attaching it to avoid losing unsaved data.
You submit the completed form by logging on at skat.dk/tastselv and selecting:
Contact → Write to us → ‘Indsend/indberet til os (fx blanket)’ (Submit form/appendix etc. to us).

The deadline for submitting your printed tax return is end May 2026. If you submit a printed tax return, you can't expect to receive your tax assessment notice until the end of 2026.
For users of Apple products
We often receive forms with empty fields from users who completed their forms in the Safari browser or Mac Image Viewer. The fields are empty due to a technical error in the PDF. We therefore recommend Mac users to complete their forms in another browser or use other software and then submit them to us.
