Purpose
This form is for taxpayers who receive a tax assessment notice without first submitting a tax return. The form should only be used if the taxpayer is not able to use E-tax (TastSelv).

Please note that you need to save the form on your computer before you start completing it. If you don't do so, it may not save your entries.
How to submit the form
Submit the completed form by logging on at skat.dk/tastselv and selecting:
Contact → Write to us → Submit tax return for 2025 → Tax return for non-Danish tax matters.
If you can't send the form online, you can also print it and send it by regular post to:
