06.037 EN - Application or reapplication for fixed-term approval

Purpose of the form

This form is for non-Danish associations that can be compared to Danish account-holding unit trusts wanting to apply or reapply for a temporary approval of being considered transparent in relation to their tax liability.

The rules on who can apply for temporary approval of transparancy are laid down in Section 2, 12 of the Danish Corporation Tax Act.

You need to specify the recipient in the form.

Please note

You will be requested to attach various documents, such as current articles of association, financial statements, members, including principal owners of transparent members, etc.

Changes of matters that formed the basis for allwoing a temporary approval of transparency must also be stated in the form.
