22.046 - Registration for wine, spirits and beer

Purpose of the form

You can use this form to register businesses producing and importing spirits, wine and beer.

If you only import goods subject to excise duties occasionally, you need a temporary registration. This registration will take place when you report the duties.

Please note

You should use form 29.104 to register a business that produces and imports tobacco products.
