With this form, you can apply for a refund of energy taxes if you have the status of a diplomat, technical staff, embassy, or international organization. You can apply for a refund of the following energy taxes:

• Electricity tax
• Water tax
• Natural gas and coal gas (gas, CO₂, and NO_x tax)
• District heating (energy, waste heat, CO₂, SO₂, and NO_x tax)
• Oil tax (heating oil, CO₂, and NO_x tax)

Please note that you can only have energy taxes refunded for energy that you use and have paid for. Only the tax is refunded – not VAT or the consumption charge. In the application, you should therefore only write the energy tax amount.
