40.112 - Registration of non-Danish Company - Start

Purpose of the form

You use this form to register a non-Danish business.

The Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen, Virk.dk) registers the master data, including registration for VAT.

The Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) collects VAT and taxes and provides guidance for businesses on taxes and VAT matters.
