Step-by-step guide to setting up a payment plan

  1. Log on to E-tax for businesses (TastSelv Erhverv)
  2. Click Tax Account
  3. Click Payment plan
    Click ’Opret ny betalingsordning’ (Set up new payment plan)
  4. Select one or more claims from the list to be included in the payment plan.
  5. Select ’Frekvens’ (Frequency). You make your selection in the drop-down menu.
    You have two options: 
    • Every two weeks
    • Monthly
  6. Select method of calculation for either ’Ratebeløb’ (Instalment amount) or ’Antal rater’ (Number of instalments). You select by ticking one of the two boxes to the left. Instalment amount is minimum DKK 400. If instead you select , Instalment rates you have two options:
    • Monthly frequency = minimum 2 rates - maximum 12 rates
    • Biweekly frequency = minimum 2 rates - maximum 26 rates
  7.  Select method of calculation for either ’Ratebeløb’ (Instalment amount) or ’Antal rater’ (Number of instalments). You select by ticking one of the two boxes to the left. Instalment amount is minimum DKK 400. If instead you select , Instalment rates you have two options:
  8. Select ’Startdato’ - use the calendar. Start date is the payment date for the first rate of the payment plan. It must be a working day and between 8-30 days after you have set up the plan.
  9. Click ’Beregn’ (Calculate). Please note that the calculated interest is paid with the last instalment.
  10. Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box under the list of rates. 
  11. Click ’Godkend’ (Accept).

The payment arrangement is now set up.
