Log on to E-tax
E-tax (TastSelv) is your self-service tax system. In E-tax, you can see and update your preliminary income assessment (forskudsopgørelse) which is your kind of tax budget and your tax assessment notice (årsopgørelse) which is your kind of annual tax result.
Once, you have registered with the Danish Folkeregister and have your MitID, you are ready to use E-tax. There, you can do your preliminary income assessment and your tax card and get off to a good start.

Non-Danish currency and conversion into Danish kroner
How do I convert non-Danish currencies?
The amounts you report in your tax return must be in Danish kroner. You can use the exchange rate at the time of payment. If you use our currency calculator in E-tax (TastSelv), please note that it's the Danish National Bank's average of the specific non-Danish currency of the income year that is used for the conversion.
